As a Certified EMDR Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor, with over 10 years experience in helping people of all shapes and sizes deal with life's many challenges, I have been blessed to have watched and been apart of individuals recovery, growth, and transformations. Personally, I am a husband and father, two roles that bring me immense fulfillment and growth as I learn to navigate them. I value leadership, compassion, inspiration, and connection. Humor is one of the best therapies and I love engaging in it as much as possible including in the work with my clients. I have advanced training in Dad Jokes. I hate following recipes when I cook and I never miss a chance to post a picture of a mountain!
